 •     Which size frame do I require?

On all of the photo frames and framed mirrors we show the aperture/glass size NOT the overall size so you order the size of the item you wish to frame, just call or email if you are not sure. For Example to frame a 10 x 8 Inch picture, you would order a 10 x 8 Inch frame!

•     Can I get a discount on bulk orders?

We do offer discounts on bulk orders, the discount will depend on the quantity and the item. Please contact our customer services to discuss.

 •     Can you ship abroad?

Due to the fragility of our products we do not currently ship outside of the UK and Channel Islands.

 •     Will you send me a sample?

We do not send out free samples. If a sample is required prior to placing an order please contact Customer Services. Sample costs if applicable, will be deducted when an order is placed.

 •     Can you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?

Our normal delivery times are between working hours Monday – Friday, if you require a delivery outside of these hours please contact us, please note there may be an additional charge.

 •     Can I have my order delivered to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes you can you will be asked to provide the delivery address when placing your order.

 •     Who will collect my parcel?

Any collections or returns have to be arranged through our customer services where we will decide on the most appropriate method of return. See our Terms & Conditions for the full returns policy. Please contact our customer services prior to ordering if you are unsure.

 •     Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we do. Please contact Customer Services to arrange.

 •     Do you manufacture your frames?

Over 90% of our frames are manufactured in our factory in Chelmsford, Essex.

 •     Can you make me a frame to a size not shown on the site?

Yes we can, please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 •     Can I order mounts in other sizes and colours not shown?

Yes but we require a minimum order of 50 mounts per style and colour.

 •     Can my frame hang or free stand?

All frames up to and including 14 x11” can both hang and free stand, frames over this size are for hanging only.

 •     Does my frame or mirror come with hooks or hangers?

All of our frames and mirrors are supplied with hooks or hangers, simply attach these to hang either portrait or landscape style.

•     Do you supply to other frame companies on the internet?

Yes we do on a commercial basis, but the prices shown on our site will be the cheapest available.

 •     Can I track my order?

Tracking will depend on what form of shipping we have used, currently 98% of our orders are tracked, please contact us if you require tracking information.

 •     Can I open a commercial account?

Yes, please contact us for more details.

 •     I need a large number of frames tomorrow can you help?

Yes! Because we manufacture up to 100,000 frames a week we have the capacity to supply exactly what you need in a very short space of time. No other company on the internet has the capacity to do this. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

 •     Do you have a catalogue?

We no longer produce catalogues, all of our products are shown on the site. We can source other products if required but there would generally be a minimum order requirement.

 •     Do the prices shown include VAT?


 •     How can I pay?

Payments can be made using a debit or credit card either through the site or by contacting our Customer Services during normal working hours. We will also accept cheques and bank transfers please contact us if you require further information.

Currently we do not accept American Express Cards.
