- Last week I ordered 4 picture frames. Your delivery was very fast and the product was exactly what I wanted. Packaging was superb but despite this 1 frame was smashed. I called on friday afternoon and your staff were excellent. I had anticipated a real hassle. As a new customer I could have been trying it on. I was not of course. Your colleague made it all very easy and this morning (monday) the replacement arrived. I am most grateful for the superb service and will again use you directly for other purchases. problems and haven't been able to get back to you until now). It was
unfortunate because, like the replacement, the first package was also so
